Hi, I’m Josie! I'm a dietitian, personal trainer, and mum.

I created With Josie to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood with practical nutrition and strength guidance that actually fits real life.

My goal is to help mums feel stronger, more energised, and confident in their bodies without pressure, perfection, or unrealistic expectations.
