Motherhood can feel isolating at times, which is why community is such an important part of 'With Josie'.

Through walking groups and online spaces, I aim to create opportunities for mums to connect, move their bodies and support each other.

​

My current community initiatives include:

  • free walking groups for mums

  • online support spaces (for current clients)

  • community events and meet-ups

​

These spaces are designed to be welcoming, supportive and low-pressure
